Job Description

We are looking for MBA student interns who are looking to make an impact where it really matters. Your typical role as a Product Marketing Manager involves:

  • Defining and managing product marketing strategy for Curacel, including messaging, positioning, launch planning, enablement content (sales, customer success) and customer adoption
  • Building messaging and positioning tracks for core products, services, and features that align with Curacel’s brand vision, product value propositions, and market differentiation
  • Bridging the gap between the Product and Marketing teams while serving as an advocate for our target buyer and continuously surfacing insights from our clients, sales team, and deep market research
  • Developing insights based on product usage data, voice of customer, buyer personas, campaign effectiveness, competitors, and industry trends and translate those insights into actionable recommendations that promote business objectives and drive tangible result
  • Executing compelling marketing and sales strategies through understanding the market dynamics and buyer needs by conducting data-driven market research
  • Conducting successful product launches through coordination with the Sales team by training and educating them on the go-to-market, positioning, message differentiation etc
  • Performing customer value analysis based on product performance and initiating strategies to capture lifetime value customers and other key customer verticals

Preferred Experience

  • You are currently enrolled in an MBA Programme with a background in marketing, communications or advertising
  • You can use data analytics tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics etc and glean data insights from them
  • You have a proven track record of building marketing campaigns that delivered business scale
  • You are able to think creatively to frame, structure and leverage complex problems
  • You have proven ability to operate effectively in cross-functional settings or with stakeholders across different departments
  • You have a can-do mentality with a passion to make impact
  • You are willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done
