Job Description

  • Identify and analyse project risks & dependencies on an ongoing basis
  • Analyse operational data and use it to constantly scale and find efficiencies in internal workstreams
  • - Manage multiple high value pan-Africa customer product implementations simultaneously from point of sale to completion.
  • Lead multiple teams of analysts, project managers and business consultants in multiple project implementations and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
  • Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms which inform the business of the overall performance of various aspects of the infrastructure.
  • Enhance implementation methods and best practices to improve implementations and client onboarding
  • Build strong work relationships with clients and teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business or any related degree
  • At least 5 years’ work experience
  • At least 2 years’ in management
  • Strong management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong people-oriented skills
