Job Description

We are looking for MBA student interns who are looking to make an impact where it really matters. As the GTM Product Manager, you will be leading the Go-To-Market effort for all our products.

Your typical role as a Product Manager (GTM) involves:

  • Be the owner of our GTM strategy, and build offering, bundling, solution, promotion and/or pricing strategy to accelerate product growth in specific channels and market segments
  • Generate in-depth insights by understanding customer needs using customer validation, buyer persona creation, customer building, and customer discovery techniques
  • Deploy learning strategies to gain more information about the market, such as market segmentation, market development, market refinement, and competitive intelligence analysis
  • Steer cross-functional teams across sales, service, product, software development, content, marketing, legal, operations, and finance
  • Define and set up measurement milestones, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for launch initiatives and activities
  • Evaluate ideas, motivate teams to meet deadlines, and ensure all-around alignment in the go-to-market process

Preferred Experience

  • You are currently enrolled in an MBA Programme
  • You have experience in product development/management/software development
  • You have demonstrated record of defining GTM strategy and projects to drive revenue and growth
  • You are able to think creatively to frame, structure and leverage complex problems
  • You are able to think strategically and possess ability to see the big picture while deep in technology details
  • You have proven ability to operate effectively in cross-functional settings or with stakeholders across different departments
  • You have a can-do mentality with a passion to make impact
  • You have basic financial modelling skills and business case development
  • You are willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done
