Job Description

Curacel is in search of a Business Development and Partnerships' Lead who will lead the team in positioning Curacel for exponential growth and revenue drive across Nigeria and the entire African continent.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field; Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • 7 years+ proven business development experience in Sales or Marketing or related field in the financial institution AND/OR Fintech (Banking and Insurance preferably)
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision making and objection handling skills
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft and Google Office tools, SaaS, sales and marketing tools
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Great collaboration skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Detail-oriented and persuasive
  • Hands-on experience selling software
  • Apt knowledge of the dynamic and consistent changing business environment and take advantage of its opportunities
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle
  • Market Research and segmentation ability to drive the vision of the company
